Clear Vinyl: 2 3/4 x 4″
Firm Stabilizer 2 3/4 x 5″
Front and Back fabrics 2 3/4 x 5″
28″ of single fold bias tape made from a 1.5″ strip of fabric
Make bias tape. Cut off a 2 3/4″ piece of it.
Insert one 2.75″ end of vinyl into the bias tape and stitch down.
Layer the Back, Stabilizer, and Front in that order, with the fabrics both facing out.
Cut of the top corners at a 45 degree angle.
Add the vinyl piece to top of the stack, aligning the bottom edges.
Starting and end at the top, bind the tag. Be sure and cover the raw edge as you get back to the beginning of the tape.
Continue stitching the tail, off the tag, to close the tail of the binding.
Make a loop out of the tail and tack it down on the back.
